NCCER has Green Construction training that can help you learn more about the construction impact on the environment and how to conserve/save money! This class will focus on:

How green construction has evolved over the years and what impacts construction has on the environment
Identifying decisions and actions in your personal/work life that impact the environment
Seeing how alternative methods of building can save money in the long run
The life cycle phases of a building
The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating process
How LEED impacts a building and ways to increase LEED points

Earn 15 CE hours for Residential Building Contractor, including one for energy.

If the written test is successfully passed, you will earn an NCCER certificate for “Your Role in the Green Environment”.

All cancellation must be made in writing 72 hours prior to the start date and are subject to a processing fee. No refunds will be given if cancellations are made after the deadline. Most events and programs have space limitations and reservations are taken on first come, first serve basis. It is important to reserve early for an event or program that you wish to attend. ABC reserves the right to cancel the class for any reason and will do so at least 48 hours before the beginning of the course. This session will be postponed and/or cancelled if the class minimum is not met.
